Your Role as an Associate, Digital Mobilization
This is a temporary, full-time position with an expected end date of July 31, 2026. In this role, you will be a key part of the digital team, working directly with the Mobilization Director. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Planning, drafting, and building engaging content across email (Action Network), SMS (Mobile Commons), and WordPress landing pages.
- Maintaining a content calendar to ensure all digital deliverables are on schedule.
- Tracking and reporting on email and SMS analytics to inform and improve future campaigns.
- Driving the Quality Assurance process to ensure every message is technically and grammatically perfect.
- Managing subscriber data, pulling targeted lists, and handling public responses.
- Preparing content for rapid response moments as they arise.

- At least one year of relevant work experience in copywriting and/or email marketing.
- Political, campaign, non-profit, or government experience is preferred.

Salary and Benefits
This is a non-exempt (hourly) position with a salary range of $26.92 to $32.07 per hour, which annualizes to $56,000–$66,696.90 based on experience. Climate Power offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package, including:
