The Emerging Climate Champions Award is a $25 million global fund designed to identify and scale impactful, community-driven, and youth-led climate solutions. This groundbreaking Emerging Climate Champions Award program, a partnership between the Enlight Foundation and The Patchwork Collective and managed by Lever for Change, will provide transformative grants of $1 million each to 25 deserving organizations, making it one of the most significant awards of its kind.

Who is Eligible to Apply?
The Emerging Climate Champions Award is specifically for established, youth-led organizations that are already making a difference. To be eligible, organizations must be led by young people between the ages of 15 and 35 and have at least two years of operational experience with a track record of measurable impact. The award places a strong emphasis on equity and encourages applications from organizations that are led by and serve underrepresented groups, including women, Indigenous peoples, and LGBTQIA+ individuals, ensuring that support reaches the communities most affected by climate change.
Key Dates and Deadlines
The application process has two key dates that potential applicants must observe. Interested organizations must first register by August 29, 2025. Following registration, the deadline to submit the full application is September 22, 2025.
