Her Voice Fund 2025: A Guide to Empowering Women’s Rights Organizations

In the development sector, securing flexible and reliable funding is a primary hurdle for many organizations. The Her Voice Fund (HVF) steps in to fill this critical gap for women’s rights and feminist movements. While many grassroots organizations have the vision and drive to create lasting change, rigid funding structures can limit their ability to respond to the most pressing needs of their communities. This guide will walk you through everything you need to know about applying for the Her Voice Fund in the 2025 cycle.

What is the Her Voice Fund?

The Her Voice Fund is a dedicated financial resource that provides flexible funding to women’s rights and feminist organizations and activists across the Global South. Its primary goal is to empower these groups to carry out vital advocacy work aimed at influencing policy at local, national, regional, and international levels. The fund specifically prioritizes underfunded initiatives, especially those that adopt an intersectional approach to address the overlapping forms of marginalization that women face. By offering adaptable resources, HVF enables organizations to seize opportunities and address challenges as they arise.

The Her Voice Fund has specific criteria to ensure its resources reach organizations that align with its mission.
